Dwarala Village is Uttar Pradesh
On March 28, 2009 Director Joshua Gowda of The Elijah Challenge Training Center India wrote:
“On March 20, we conducted our Evangelistic Feeding Event at village Dwarala. This village is located at the Uttra Pradesh and Haryana border. Dwarala is an unreached Hindu village with approximately two thousand six hundred people living there. There are fifteen Hindu Temples with not single Church. It is one hundred and twenty years old.
It has a sugar factory employing most of the young people of the village; the villagers are basically farmers. This was the first-ever event of its kind in the village as our Elijah Challenge-trained pastors and believers from Muzafernagar and Meerut came together to invite the people to the Feeding Event. We praise God that close to three hundred and ninety people came and close to 360 people gave their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. Our Elijah Challenge-trained Pastor Anand Masiah taking care of the follow-up work in Dwarala. Please continue to pray for the new believers at Village Dwarala.”
