Pastor Chris Hussey attended The Elijah Challenge Seminar held in Cranford, New Jersey in January 2005.“ It was a wonderful time of learning and a great challenge. I am excited about the power and the authority God gave us and I am looking forward to not only walking in that authority, but seeing the church of Jesus Christ reacquaint herself with that authority also. I enjoyed our fellowship also, and your love for Jesus Christ and [the presentation of] His gospel was refreshing."

“I think you are going to enjoy this testimony. Tonight, Sunday evening, we had our power hour healing service. Prior to the meeting I asked God to show me if anyone had pain that they needed healing. After I prayed I got a pain in my left side, just under my rib cage. After worship was finished I explained the Scriptures in 1 Kings 18 and talked about the authority God gave the 12 and the 70 and 1 cor. 2:4 how Paul preached not with human wisdom but the Spirit and by power, I sensed there was a spirit of fear and unbelief and took authority in Jesus name and commanded those spirits to leave. I shared with them the gospel and that there is healing in the atonement, I then prayed and asked God to reveal to His people that He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. To demonstrate to His people that He is a healing God, willing and able to deliver from demonic forces and disease. After I prayed I shared with them that God showed me that someone in the audience was experiencing pain in their left lung. For a couple of minutes no one came forward, and I prayed silently that the person who had that affliction would come forward. (I felt like Peter on the water and I was tempted to doubt, but I held fast, and one man named Scott R. stepped forward. I took the authority that Christ gave me and commanded the pain to leave in Jesus’ name and to be healed. After I ministered to him, he started weeping, the pain was gone. He gave testimony that he has had a serious infection in his lung of some name that I can't pronounce or spell that was very painful, so much so he was considering getting out of construction work because he works outside. But the pain is gone and I and he believe wholeheartedly that he was miraculously touched by God. I invited all those who were at your Seminar last weekend to step forward and minister to those who have afflictions, and several people were healed! One was healed from shoulder pain, one from pain from a neck injury, and we are trusting that God would heal two that were afflicted with asthma, they will give report when they can confirm the healing. It was a very powerful Spirit filled night. PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!!!"
"Before the conference, I had a very little "practical" knowledge concerning spiritual warfare and the authority we have over the demonic. I see much clearer the role demons play in temptation, in fear, unbelief, etc. and if I didn't go to your conference my family member would still be afflicted. Once again I am grateful for you and your ministry, it is exciting to see how it is affecting my family."
After Pastor Chris attended The Elijah Challenge Advanced Training in February 2008...
"I was so blessed to be with you all and to take back what we learned. Arnold and I are going to do a training weekend for ALCC here in Port Murray March 7-9 and the Outreach will be Sunday evening March 9th.
The past several months I had been preaching a series on "Fulfilling our Destiny" and it just concluded with "Performing Great Exploits (John 14:12)." This week I am preaching on "Overcoming Strongholds" to get rid of those things which hinder us from performing Great Exploits for God. Afterwards we will do a corporate repentance. Then I will explain about what we learned at the conference and do a demonstration of mass healing in preparation for the healing Conference. I do trust that God will do a great wonder to demonstrate to His people that He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, and that since He has authority to heal the sick, He also has authority to forgive sins and save the soul. As His people see the power of God displayed, many will bring the unsaved infirm to the healing outreach."
"Sunday Morning I preached a sermon about "Overcoming Strongholds" Afterwards we did a corporate repentance. I also shared with them that we as a congregation will be having a healing Seminar, and at the conclusion we will do a healing outreach from March 7-9. Then I shared with them that God wanted to demonstrate His Healing power. So we did a mass healing demonstration.
One man, a carpenter who had severe pain in his shoulder testified he was healed, a pre-teen, who had severe neck pain and limited movement came forward and testified she was healed, another woman testified her back pain was gone and she had full range of movement. A man in our congregation at 40 years old had a stroke some time back and walked with a limp, he testified that the stiffness and lingering pain was gone and the leg was restored. Another woman testified that fear, anxiety and bitterness was gone and another man testified that he was freed from bitterness. (When we corporately repented I took authority over the spirit of fear, unbelief, bitterness etc). God is on the march!"

" [We] are currently training about 30 believers at ALCC. We are in our second day and just did a demonstration of healing in which a fellow sister was healed of her infirmity that was causing pain in her shoulder and neck. After we took authority over her infirmity she was healed. We had in between sessions another demonstration. A woman with many painful infirmities for many years was completely healed and is now pain free. At the end of the conference we had the newly trained believers exercise authority over infirmities, sickness and disease and there were many testimonies of healings. God is great and greatly to be praised. ...Sunday evening the trained believers will exercise authority over sickness and disease at the healing outreach."
