Miraculous healing through voice mail message on telephone

Barbara Henson has attended The Elijah Challenge Training on various occasions.

In May 2009 she wrote the following testimony about her friend Marilyn's miraculous healing:

“My friend Marilyn has a testimony of her healing today from my leaving her a voice mail message. She was having symptoms of pneumonia after getting a pneumonia shot. This morning I was led to call her early to check on her. I left a voice message telling her to confess any sins, forgive anyone she needs to forgive. Then I began speaking in Jesus’ name with authority, commanding the pneumonia symptoms to leave her body, calling out the symptoms she complained of last night.

She called me back tonight. She didn't hear the message until later in the day, but she had felt terrible all day, beginning with a cough, loss of appetite, etc. She had listened to my message and confessed her sins as I said. Then, as she was listening to my authoritative commands, she said her symptoms cleared and her appetite returned!”

Below is Marilyn's testimony in her own words:

“After coughing and feeling very sick and weak after my pneumonia shot last Monday, your prayer for healing was greatly welcomed. I actually seemed to have developed the illness from the vaccine. You prayed for my healing even though I did not ask you to. The message on my voice mail was powerful. It reminded me to ask for forgiveness for unconfessed and confessed sins.

I followed the prayer closely, believing fully that I could be made well in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Within an hour, I felt hungry and was able to taste my food. Then I noticed that the coughing was 90% gone. The kleenex in my pocket was still fresh, unused. It is now 11:14 P.M. and I am feeling strong. No cough, no kleenex.

Thank you for intervening on my behalf, your act of obedience to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Freed from the bondage of physical symptoms, I can more fully serve the Master.”
