"One
of our neighbors, Billy, was healed of heart problems. He had
several surgical procedures on his
heart to heal
a serious problem with irregular rhythm. Nothing worked. His employer
was denying his disability claim and they were in serious financial
condition. He agreed to come to our house for a Bible Study. We
prayed for him and commanded his heart to be healed by the authority
of King Jesus. He said that he felt better, but could not tell
whether the irregular heart-beat was healed. It seemed normal,
but the condition often came and went.
The
next week everything "seemed" to
go wrong. By Friday, the county health officer took him into
custody intending to commit him, for his own protection. It
was then that
someone told him that he could not live for Jesus when he was
still clinging to his old habits and sins. He repented - God
delivered
him. When he returned to his doctor, there was nothing wrong
with his heart - it was normal. The irregular rhythm was gone
and has
not returned. He is no longer taking medication. Around the
same time, he received a check in the mail from his company
for his
back pay! He came to the house again and we prayed for God
to complete the work in his life. He received a fresh infilling
of the Holy
Spirit."
