Kandajam is a very remote village, 115 kilometers from where we live in Bhawanipatna, but it takes seven to eight hours by automobile. You can imagine the condition of the roads. The village is totally Hindu with only one Christian family. There is no church at Kandajam, even in the surrounding area. But we were hoping that through our Feeding Event we would draw a few families. Our brother Bikram Singh at first experienced some hesitation to arrange the Feeding Event there because during the earlier time of persecution the Hindus had attacked him.
But praise God, 240 people unexpectedly came for the Feeding Event. Over one hundred and five souls received Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord.
Transportation and communication in Kandajam are serious problems. The people are uneducated and very much addicted to alcohol. There are two streets—one belonging to Dalit Hindus and the other to the Saura tribe. The Saura people are not Hindu originally, but animist (soil worshipers). The RSS group brought Hinduism to them and so they have mingled animism and Hinduism. These two groups do not have a social relationship with each other; they do not intermarry or eat together, etc. This system exists until today.
But thank God for touching and healing these people at the Feeding Event. As they received Christ, I believe God will surely transform their lives and traditions. Brother Bikram Singh is so happy for this event. The Lord fulfilled his desire.
Thank you so much for helping us to reach this unreached people group. We as a family consider this to be a wonderful privilege for us. I strongly believe in this way we will able to reach hundreds of villages within a short period of time.

Miracle reports
- Padmabati Kuldeep was deaf in both ears and she is 60 years old. While I was ministering to the sick I told those who have sickness or pain in their bodies to lay their hands on the infirmity. This woman was sitting in the back and she put her fingers into her ears. She testified that she was healed and that she could hear. Praise the Lord for the healing at a distance. I checked her hearing four times.
- Kalima had a continuous headache for two years. God touched her and she was healed. She has no more pain.
- Rebati experienced an instant healing touch. Up until the end of the program she was not able to lift her right hand because of pain. Two months earlier she had fallen in the bathroom and injured herself. The injury was visible. As a result she was not able to do anything with her right hand. At the meeting she wanted to lift her hand but could not. As I was about to close the meeting, she came forward with her hand raised and shared that suddenly she was able to lift it up. Everyone was shocked. Praise the Lord.
- Premi Kandagiri never knew about Jesus or about healing. Someone told her to come because some “party” was going on, so she came along. After seeing everything she came to me and told me that she had pain in her leg. I ministered to her and God touched her and she was miraculously healed. She told us that she was feeling better but that her body was shivering.
- Prabhati was a 10th grade student. But she was attacked by demon. When I ministered to her she shouted and fell to the ground. At that moment the demon left her. However, she is very wicked. Though she is delivered still she still needs much prayer. There is witchcraft in this village.
- Pal Babu worked in the irrigation department. He came to know that a healing meeting was going to be held in Kandajam so he came to the meeting from four kilometers away. Eight months earlier he met with a terrible accident involving a buffalo, and he was supposed to die. But the buffalo died instead. However his hand was fractured—so badly that his wife had to help him put on his shirt. I ministered to him once, and he felt a bit better. The second time I ministered to him he checked himself, trying to move his hand. Again I ministered to him, and God touched him. He was completely healed.
- Prabhakar Pantu was suffering from a disease that I had never heard of. In every season of the year he felt the same. His body temperature was always high and he never drank cold water and for bathing he always used hot water. God touched him and he was healed.
- Premananda had high blood pressure and because of this he suffered from pain. He had a headache and was not able to see. But God is so good, He touched this man and healed him. He was so happy to testify that Jesus is true and He is healer.
Some more miracles took place, but we were not able to take the photos. One elderly man of about 70 years of age was able to bend his knee, something which he was unable to do for the last 7 years because of joint pain. One woman had throat pain, but God touched her and healed her.
On the way back home after the event…
On the way back home to Bhawanipatna after travelling three hours through the jungle at 8:30 pm, our little boy Johnson started to cry. For 15 minutes he was frightened and screaming and crying. As his parents seeing him in this condition we were very concerned. He had seen something evil, and we came to know that it was a demonic attack. I commanded in the name of Jesus, and after a few minutes he was alright. Perhaps a demon from that village was after us.
