For ladies' groups wanting to learn about the End Time Model of Evangelism, Lucy is available to minister.

• She has ministered for twenty-six years as a missionary, an ordained pastor, and minister of The Elijah Challenge. She is equipped to hold the Training Seminar and Crusade in four languages: English, Indonesian, Mandarin Chinese, and Hakka Chinese.
  
• She has also ministered to groups consisting of both men and woman.
  
  Lucy and Brother Bill have been married for thirty-two years and they have three daughters. She attended Barnard College at Columbia University in New York, and earned her degree in Biophysics from the University of California at San Diego.
