Burmese believers learning how to lay hands on the sick for healing

In December 2017 Regional Elijah Challenge Director Dr. Ben Yoo, Ph.D and his wife Grace taught The Elijah Challenge for a Burmese congregation in Yangon, the capital of Myanmar (formerly known as Burma). Dr. Ben is also principal of the E. Stanley Jones College in New Delhi, India.

Below is the report Dr. Ben received from Zotin Khuma, Chairman of the ThinGanGyun Gyi Myanmar Church.

Dear Rev. Dr. Benjamin & Grace!

I send greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus! This is a report about the results of your Elijah Challenge Training by the grace of God.

Some of those who were healed during your Training called and said that their painful and various sufferings have disappeared. They said a word of thanks to me.

Our two days of The Elijah Challenge Training had impact on the Buddhists for them to know more about Jesus Christ. Our church members and I were also impacted; now we are bold to command all kinds of sickness and demons to go in Jesus’ name.

We are really thankful to you and Grace. I believe that our Burmese church will now become a place for more people to come for miraculous healing. It will be our chance to share the good news of the gospel with the Buddhists.

Thanks again! May our God grant you abundant life!
