Joshua's March 2009 Testimony
"Last night I had a heavy fever, sweating, coughing, sneezing, etc etc. It was very bad and it was getting worse by
the moment. And it only took a few short hours for
it to come on me.
Well...a few weeks ago I had gone over some of
your slides with Yooni, who is a young Christian in that she
had accepted
Christ a long time ago and knows what God wants from
her, but not the details of the faith or much about
the Bible. But she remembered what I told her about the
power and authority of Christ.
She
sat next to me, as I was feeling like a trainwreck and this is
what happened...."What do I say again?" "Huh?" "What
The Elijah Challenge taught you...what was it that
you say to get rid of this?" "Oh...he
would lay hands on people and say 'In Jesus name,
sickness (or whatever name), leave this body....Be
healed!...Jesus heals you!' and things like that."
"Oh
ok...I remember now. And I keep my eyes wide open and look at
it just like I'm telling my dog to sit?"
I
laughed a little at this point.
"Yes,
just like a dog."
Immediately
she became very straight faced and angry, laid hands on my stomach
and leg (which was ultra hot
from the fever) and said....
"IN JESUS NAME I COMMAND YOU SICKNESS.....BE
HEALED!!! LEAVE THIS BODY!"
I
was a little uncomfortable and then she looked at me and said
in a sweet voice.
"How
do you feel...check yourself" "Umm...I
feel about the same"
"OK,
let's do it again...only this time, you lay hands on yourself
and say it with me!"
"Umm...ok..."
She
laid hands on me again and I put my hands on my forehead and
chest and we both said:
"IN
JESUS' NAME I COMMAND YOU SICKNESS, LEAVE THIS BODY! YOU DO NOT
BELONG HERE! BE HEALED IN JESUS NAME!"
My
nose immediately cleared up. Then my leg felt cooler. Shortly
after, my throat felt a little better, then my
fever reduced and I continiously felt better.
By morning I felt fine, save my throat was a little irritated,
but not like before.
And
now, as I'm writing this email, I feel great. What's even more....by exercising the Elijah Challenge I not only learn more
on Authority and feel closer to God....I feel a
stronger faith and a boldness for the Lord. Now...if
EVERY Christian knew about this! Imagine what would
happen?
The Gospel would spread like wildfire consuming
every nation, tribe, people and tongue. We would have fulfilled
the Great Commission.
