Consider carefully what you hear…With the measure you use, it will be measured to you—and even more

.
Mark 4:21  He said to them, “Do you bring in a lamp to put it under a bowl or a bed? Instead, don’t you put it on its stand? 22  For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open. 23  If anyone has ears to hear, let them hear.”

Here Jesus is referring to the gospel and other teachings he brought to his disciples. For us at The Elijah Challenge, it refers to the teaching which He has entrusted to us—the training which enables harvest workers to preach the gospel as Jesus did and as He commanded His disciples, enabling them to fulfill the Great Commission during these Last Days.

We do not put this essential teaching under a bowl or a bed by keeping it secret, by limiting its availability, or by requiring people to pay for it. Rather we put it on its stand by making it available for free. Freely we have received, freely we give. This teaching has been mostly hidden and concealed for centuries—if not longer. But now we are disclosing it and bringing it out into the open.

…24  “Consider carefully what you hear,” he continued. “With the measure you use, it will be measured to you—and even more.  25  Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.”

With the measure we have been using by making this teaching freely available to all, the Lord promises to measure back to us—and even more. We absolutely believe his promise that we will be given more.
