Christy Wilson Beam is the author of the New York Times Best Selling Book Miracles from Heaven. Her book was adapted into a major motion picture by Sony Pictures Entertainment, starring Hollywood A-List actress Jennifer Garner (below with Christy) and Queen Latifah, and has been praised as the “Inspirational Movie of the Year” for 2016 and received a A+ CinemaScore rating. In addition to writing, Christy is sharing her message of hope, faith and overcoming life’s struggles as an inspirational speaker to audiences of all walks of life worldwide.

Christy Wilson Beam was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She graduated from Hardin Simmons University in 1995 with a degree in Education and specialization in Reading. Christy now resides near Burleson, Texas with her husband, Kevin and their three daughters, Abbie, Annabel and Adelynn.

Christy and her family witnessed a live miracle through their daughter Annabel. It is because of God’s unending mercies and faithfulness that Christy felt the story of this miracle must be told. Miracles from Heaven describes in detail the events surrounding a young girl’s trials, a mother’s heartache, a family’s devastation, and a miraculous heaven-sent healing that occurred through the most unusual circumstances. Purpose of Gala

The purpose is to raise funds for the gospel in India and to introduce Brazil as our secondary focus in the future. 100% of the funds raised that evening will go to ministry in India.
