INDIA: Over 550 souls in nearly 100% Sikh village turn to Jesus Christ

“Our first Elijah Challenge Feeding Event here was hosted by Pastor Sudanshu in a remote village in Shanabad located in the state of Punjab. Over 550 souls prayed the salvation prayer.

For five years the Fundamentalist Hindu Party (BJP) had ruled over this village. But following their loss in a recent election to the Congress Party, a gospel event was allowed in this village in which nearly 100% of the people follow the Sikh religion.

Pastor Sudanshu expressed his desire to start a church in this Sikh community after over 300 people showed up for the follow-up meeting.
